Communication is at the core of the important partnership that Kids Klub has with its families. We communicate in multiple ways including: in-person; email; phone; meetings; orientations; parent/teacher conferences; daily reports (in certain components); flyers; bulletin boards; newsletters; letters in your child’s cubby; brochures; and social media sites. At the same time, we are also here for you to talk to us about anything.

One of the most exciting ways we communicate is an app called WIMLO. Kids Klub has partnered with WIMLO—a powerful, school communication app company that has customized its app to meet the needs of Kids Klub and its families. Through WIMLO, the smiles and milestones that happen while your child is at Kids Klub are photographed and sent to you. Flyers, news and information from your child’s classroom is at your fingertips. Above all, in case of emergency, we are able to communicate vital information with you via SMS text messaging, email—and even automatic phone messages.

The way WIMLO works is simple. When you log into the app, you will be notified of and be able to see photographs, news, flyers and communications from your child’s classroom.

The WIMLO app is FREE to download for all Kids Klub members and available on iPhone, Android, and Kindle devices. You have the ability to opt in or out of WIMLO at anytime—in addition to opting in and out of certain features of the app itself. The public does not have access to any pictures or information on WIMLO. It functions as a closed network for Kids Klub and its members’ use only. Often times, communication is classroom and/or component specific, so only members of that particular class or component are able to access the photos or information. WIMLO uses state-of-the-art encryption technology to ensure cyber security. Please also be aware that your children will not be photographed on WIMLO if they do not have a signed photo release in their file.
