Bellevue Enrollment Process (for WA)
Welcome to Kids Klub Bellevue’s Admission Process!
We are thrilled that you are considering us for your child’s school. We get a lot of questions on how the procedure works to enroll children at Kids Klub. Here are the steps you will need to take, along with answers to frequently asked questions:
We highly encourage you to start the enrollment process as soon as possible by taking the following steps:
Fill out the Enrollment Application Packet, which can be found online at this link here:
Pay your membership initiation fee via PayPal at this link – initiation fees are per child (you may pay with PayPal, Debit or Credit Card).
Email your child’s (children’s) COMPLETED application(s) along with the PayPal receipt showing that your initiation fees have been paid.
Your child will be placed on the waitlist according to the date your application was received.
We will communicate with you via email to send you updates on licensing, enrollment and start dates as we gather more information and details! Once we have more information, we will provide you the next tier of enrollment process details which include:
When a space opens for your child, you will need to pay 50% of the first month’s tuition in order to accept the space
A start date will be determined and an orientation will be scheduled for you to meet teachers and go over policies and procedures
At orientation, you will need to pay for the remaining 50% of the first month’s tuition (no child can start until this tuition has been received)
Your child will start in their new class!
